You can support Arcubus by investing in a Charitable Bond. This is an innovative way to release immediate funding for microfinance in Africa – and your money is repayable in full 5 years later with up to 10% interest!
The Bond is offered by Allia, a national charity that issues Charitable Bonds to raise money for social causes. Allia is a charity independent of Arcubus which will disburse around 20% of the funds raised by the Bond as a grant to Arcubus.
Of every £1,000 you invest in the Bond, around £800 is loaned at a commercial rate to a registered provider of social housing to develop affordable housing. The remaining £200 or so after Allia's costs is given immediately to Arcubus and we use it for life-changing microfinance programmes in Africa.
After 5 years, the housing provider repays the loan with interest and investors receive their money back in full. Moreover, you can choose to receive up to 10% interest on your investment too. Invest and find out more here and download the offer document here. Why not give & get your money back?!
The proposed Arcubus Bond will be offered by Allia Ltd, whose registered office is at Citylife House, Sturton Street, Cambridge CB1 2QF, which is registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 (No.28861R) and is recognised as a charity by HM Revenue and Customs (No.XR29468). This is not an investment advertisement. Applications for any Bond will only be considered on the basis of the offer documents issued by Allia.
